Shipping Policy

These terms and conditions only apply to the customers who purchase products from our Zaleaf LLC website. Our shipping policy consists of the following:

Processing Time

Please allow 24-48 hours to prepare and handle your order. This is pre-shipping time. We do however prepare and handle orders very fast. All the products bought by our customers will be shipped to the customers designated address within 3-5 business days. From dispatch to delivery, the timeline will be subject to environmental and external factors. The products will be shipped within 7-10 working days. During busy hours the timeline may extend or be delayed by a few days. We request all our customers to be patient during emergencies. In case of normal delays, our representatives will get in touch with you immediately and ship the consignment as soon as possible.

Shipping Times and Days: 

We do not ship after 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders will not be delivered during national holidays or public holidays.

International Shipping:

Please be advised that Zaleaf LLC. Will not be responsible for any lost or stolen or detained goods by your country or any other country shipped to. We are not customs and have no affiliation with any customs or regulatory department that would detain your products. You must know your countries laws, rules and regulations prior to ordering any products from Zaleaf LLC. Or our sister companies. If you do not agree to these terms please do not place an order.

Rates

There will be no additional shipping or handling charges for purchases above $75 in the U.S.

Shipping Confirmation

Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation email soon after the order is ready for delivery. They can track the product with the help of a tracking ID. As for return shipment charges, we accept products within 7 days, minus the return shipping charges. All products must be returned in their original condition.

Change of Shipping Address

Any changes in an address on the customer’s end, especially after order confirmation will be subject to certain charges and delays.

Order Cancellation and Refund

All orders that have been processed and packed for shipping cannot be cancelled. The customer can return the order after it is delivered. Check our refund policy for more details. For any inquiries about our shipping policy, contact our customer support.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your address was entered incorrectly, we will reach out to you and request the correct Mailing address. If we do not hear from you or receive a response within 7 days, your order will put back into inventory and will be marked as "complete".
